TERMS OF SERVICE
Moving into the final steps of your booking process can be a time of excitement and anxiety. It's completely normal to have lingering curiosity about certain elements but not having your question(s) answered can add to the stress.
LETS ELIMINATE THAT ANXIETY.
Below is a list of booking and post-shoot terms for reference. Please review these terms for your knowledge of the process. For any clarity or further questions, please contact: jedwards@aevm-phx.com

I. BOOKING
A. BOOKING A SESSION

Photoshoot Sessions, Videoshoot Sessions, Content Sessions, and/or any General Service Sessions (Refered to simply as 'Sessions' from this point on) must be booked AND confirmed prior to any service performance.

Bookings require a valid email address for confirmation emails and/or preemptive communication related to pertinent Session information. (Failure to submit a valid Email Address could result in loss or absent transparency on any communications, questions, or deliverable assets at any point of the Session process).
B. BOOKING INVESTMENT

'ALL BOOKINGS' are required to remit a monetary Booking Investment (USD) to both finalize and secure the date, time, and package + deliverables for each photo, video, and/or content session.

Required Booking Investment costs vary based on Session parameters and package types (see guidelines in each package)

Upon submission a Booking Investment becomes non-refundable in the event of a cancellation on behalf of the customer.

Upon submission a Booking Investment becomes fully-refundable in the even of a cancellation on behalf of the Photographer/Videographer/Content Creator.
II. SHOOT
A. THE DAY OF THE SHOOT - BEFORE

Photoshoot Sessions, Videoshoot Sessions, Content Sessions, and/or any General Service Sessions (Refered to simply as 'Sessions' from this point on) must be booked AND confirmed prior to any service performance.

Please allow and plan to arrive at the shoot 10-15 minutes early to maximize the full time limit as well as opportunities for different looks/shots.

There is generally no limit to who or what you may bring as support, however, the Photographer ('Creative') reserves the right to ask them to remove themselves if it becomes invasive or distractive to the overall progression of the shoot.

Please come as prepared as possible to minimize the delay and assist in the prompt execution of the shoot.

IMPORTANT: Emergency situations can and do happen. Please plan accordingly as the Booking Investment is NON-REFUNDABLE on behalf of the client on the day of the shoot.
B. THE DAY OF THE SHOOT - DURING

For shoots that involve specific locations or actions, initial direction will be provided by the Creative. With that said the creative is always open to making it a collaborative effort, when applicable and appropriate.

Any accommodations for the safe and comfort of the client will absolutely be heard, taken into consideration, and executed whenever possible. The overall intent is to create the safest, most comfortable, and most positive environment that would be conducive of the best final product.
III. POST-SHOOT
A. THE DAY OF THE SHOOT - AFTER

Any and all of the balance is due at the conclusion of the shoot (NOTE: Any delay in payment will result in delay in moving into the selection and editing stages AND may get your shoot de-prioritized)

Any additional news, updates, details can be asked and may be shared there during conclusion.
B. SELECTION

Based on the parameters laid out during the final quote/package selection, a gallery link of unedited photos will be sent 'generally' up to 48-hours following the shoot. (Terms may vary based on multiple factors but will be advised and communicated electronically &/or phone/text.

Image selection is for viewing and selection purposes only. Screenshotting, posting, and sharing prior to delivery is strictly prohibited.

Additional (a la carte) edits outside of the package/terms of the initial agreement may be selected during this portion as well, however, additional balance for the new selections will be require and paid in full before those additional edits move to the next phase.

Upon selection, confirmation of return, and confirmation of any details/updates (i.e.: questions or concerns) the photos move to the editing phase.
C. EDITING

Following confirmation of selections (and any balance resolution) Editing occurs and is quoted by the Creative after assessment.

Editing is based chronologically by receipt and is quoted based on factors of: Size of Workload, Requirements, and Scheduling.

Edits are based on the eye, knowledge, and expertise of the creative - finally and indefinitely. Suggestions may be received and the Creative 'may' choose to honor them however the conclusion of editing is solely at the discretion of the creative.

Below are the projected timelines of delivery based on a standard timeframe and typical pipeline of work (Disclaimer: The Creative(s) take pride in communicating the timeline and giving updates, however these time lines are generalized and may fluctuate based on multiple factors. )

STYLED SHOOTS / PACKAGES - PERSONAL : Up to or equal to 14 Calendar Days
CORPORATE / BUSINESS BRANDING SHOOTS: Up to or equal to 20 Calendar Days
SHORT FORM CLIPS: Up to or equal to 15 Calendar Days
VIDEO RECAPS: Up to or equal to 25 Calendar Days
